Nursing Liaisons: Your Partners in Healing at Home

Nursing Liaisons RNs are at the forefront of a new era of healthcare: Hospital at Home. This innovative program allows patients to receive hospital-level care in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.  Through our partnership with Mass-General Brigham, Nursing Liaisons has been providing excellent, experienced, flexible, per diem nurses, to work as part of the team.  Our dedicated RNs have provided continuity, dedication and excellent care since January of 2021. 

Hospital at Home strives to provide the same high-quality acute care typically delivered in a hospital setting, but directly in your residence. A multi-disciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, community-based para medics, remote monitoring technicians, provide an alternative for willing patients to be treated in the home instead of the hospital. 

Providing nursing support for new initiatives such as Hospital at Home is one example of how Nursing Liaisons can help.
