The Covid-19 pandemic has stretched the resiliency of all of us. For Registered Nurses who are the largest at 30% of any hospital workforce, it has been challenging. Some of the surveys that have come out have shown that since the Pandemic 43% of nurses have considered leaving their roles in 2021. Among nurses that work in the ICUs that number is higher.
As well as their primary jobs according to a recent survey 25% of all Registered Nurses have a second job
